This course acquaints students with a basic concepts, understanding, and value of fitness and exercise as related to optimal wellness. It provides an opportunity for
students to gain knowledge and motor skills in the psychomotor area necessary to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Laboratory sessions will equip students with the
understanding on the basic physical fitness assessments.
